TUJUAN

• Meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai pengetahuan dasar First Line Maintenance
• Meningkatkan pemahaman peserta seputar type of maintenance dan unsur-unsur yang mempengaruhinya
• Meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam Lubricating dan Greasing Maintenance beserta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya
• Meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam Tightening dan Thermal Monitoring
• Peserta mampu melaksanakan First Line Maintenance dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari

• Definition, process and development of maintenance
• Describe maintenance practices related to work-order systems, planning, scheduling, and maintenance standards

2. Type of Maintenance

• Define types of maintenance
• Define the role of preventative/predictive maintenance in the generator industry

3. Lubricating and Greasing

• Function and type of lubricant
• The proper way to add and replace  lubricants
• The lubricant color and lubricant drain line

4. Tightening

• Cause loosening of bolts on working equipment
• Definition and tools used for tightening
• When and how we use the following key
• Pass-ring
• Pass-ring pukul
• Torsi

5. Thermal Monitoring

• Definition, work process and the threshold temperature
• Tools used for thermal monitoring

6. Cleaning

• Definition of clean and identify working condition
• The desirable working condition and how to achieve
