COURSE OBJECTIVE

Pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang operasi dan pemeliharaan system motor-motor listrik di Industri. Pelatihan ditekankan pada Prinsip operasi dan Pengendalian, proteksi dan pemeliharaan motor listrik serta cara-cara melakukan pengujian komponen, instalasi, proteksi dan trouble shooting. Dengan demikian diharapkan peserta pelatihan memahami Instalasi, operasi, proteksi dan pemeliharaan motor-motor listrik secara komprehensif.

• Motor Control Installation (Electrical Power Installation requirement, Motor Control Devices, Motor Control Circuits and Wiring)
• Electric Motor Control (Methods of Speed Control, Speed control of DC Motors, Speed Control of Induction Motors)
• Advance Control Equipment (PLC Based Control, Variable Frequency Drives)
• Motor Control Center (MCC Configuration, MCC Requirements, MCC Spesification)
• Electric Motor Abnormal Condition (Overload, Unbalance, Single Phasing, Stall)
• Motor Protection (Motor Protective Devices, Motor Protection Scheme)
• Motor Troubleshooting
• Motor Maintenance
